After receiving his Bachelor's of Science from Brown University, Robert relocated to Philadelphia, PA to focus his keen mathematical and engineering skills on finding practical solutions to architectural challenges and historic renovations.

Later, his experience working for world renowned woodworker George Nakashima inspired Bob to integrate grace, beauty and proportion, reflected in every piece of his work today. Holt woodworking accepts a wide range of projects, from the simple classic lines of a Mahogany entry way, to complete renovations of older homes.
